Specialized Schedulers was a pioneer and has been an industry leader in virtual assistance since 1999. After spending six years working with several financial brokerage firms, founder Ashley Etheredge quickly recognized the need to provide a comprehensive virtual sales assistant platform for busy sales professionals offering dedicated assistance that is deeply rooted in trust, value, and integrity. 

Our vision is simple. We strive to give businesses unique personalized virtual assistance with an intimate touch by creating dedicated long-lasting relationships with both our clients and your clients as opposed to adopting an impersonal "call center" approach. Ashley Etheredge

Founder/President

Ashley Etheredge has been working in the financial services industry since 1993. Prior to starting Specialized Schedulers, Ashley spent six years with Solomon Smith Barney and AG Edwards & Sons. During her entire time at these organizations, her focus was on assisting and maximizing revenues for client-facing business professionals. Early in her career, her interaction with wholesalers, portfolio managers, and financial advisors helped her recognize a true need for a comprehensive virtual assistant business model that would allow busy sales and business professionals to focus on their clients and business goals rather than the remedial daily tasks that distract from developing and growing mutually beneficial client relationships.

Tonya Overby

Scheduling Manager

Tonya Overby has been an employee of Specialized Schedulers since 2004. Before joining the Specialized Schedulers team, Tonya worked as an Internal Wholesaler at American Skandia (Prudential Annuities). She has extensive experience working in the Securities Industry and with Financial Wholesalers and Financial Advisors. 

Tonya's previous experience included being a Claims Manager and Trainer at Oxford Health Plans. Her background proves to be a great asset in her ability to recruit, train, and manage our team of virtual assistants. These attributes have earned Tonya the upmost respect from our assistants and clients in helping them to develop and maintain a successful working relationship. Additionally, her leadership has resulted in more than 70% of our assistants having a tenure greater than ten years with the company.
